Dr Ralph Barker – Scheme leader for the CIPS Graduate Diploma.

After gaining his PhD in the area, in collaboration with a major UK house builder/developer, Ralph continues to investigate the current major areas of “waste” and potential improvements techniques related to the private house building supply chain.
