The Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA) was granted a Royal Charter by Her Majesty the Queen in 2006 and became the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) on 1 January 2007.

The CQI is the only chartered professional body dedicated entirely to quality with over 12,500 individual and company members worldwide.

The University of Glamorgan, awarded runner up for the 2007 Best Education Centre by the CQI, is delighted to be continuing its programme of evening courses in Quality Assurance.

Our CQI Open Evening will be held at the University of Glamorgan (room advised upon booking) on Monday 21st September 2009 from 5:30–7pm to discuss the qualification in further detail.
