The Institute of Leadership and Management is the UK’s premier management organisation. Its qualifications cover all aspects of management and leadership from team leading to executive management, alongside specialist programmes in coaching and mentoring.

The ILM qualification structure is a unit-based portfolio of qualifications that gives learners and employers unprecedented flexibility to pick and mix units to custom-build qualifications that meet their specific development needs.

Extending from Level 3 to Level 7 of the UK National Qualifications Framework, UGCS’ provision (on behalf of the University of Glamorgan Business School) is specifically designed to engage with a wide audience of learners whilst targeting individual business needs.

The University of Glamorgan is proud to be the first Partner University for ILM in Wales. As a full corporate member of ILM, the University of Glamorgan piloted the new unitised standards in Wales for ILM which were extremely well received.
