The ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Management has been specially designed to give practicing managers the widest choice for their formal development in this role.

The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management is designed to equip practicing middle managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors as part of their normal work role.

(Senior Manager / Training & Development Level)
The ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring is designed to equip practicing senior leaders/managers (or those in a training and development role) with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors.

Delegates will receive ILM study notes and file. Lunch and light refreshments throughout the day are provided. Learners are entitled to student membership of the ILM and will be enrolled as students of the University of Glamorgan.
