What is ILM?

In today’s business world, individuals are often promoted to management positions because of their industry knowledge and technical experience. ILM qualifications provide practicing or potential managers the foundation for their formal development in the role.

Mapped to national occupational standards, each qualification is split into 3 stages, which offer a progression route to the next stage.
