We manage the IPR on behalf of the University of Glamorgan and actively develop technologies that have near market potential through collaboration and licensing arrangements or by developing spinout companies.

Technical facilities include: wastewater treatment laboratory; image processing laboratory; environmental chambers; specialist materials testing facilities; radiowave measurement chamber; statistical analysis software; finite element analysis software; CAD tools.

Many of our consultants also undertake consultancy and training in order to apply their research knowledge in real life situations. The University of Glamorgan'a students and post-graduates, supported by their tutors, take on live projects as part of their study. These are Government funded initiatives which are highly structured and can lead to bottom line business improvement.
