Michael Hnyda
Mike Hnyda is the Deputy Director of International Business Wales – the Inward Investment and Trade arm of the Welsh Assembly Government.
Mike is a Chartered Surveyor by practice and has undertaken large scheme development projects in both the private and public sector. Mike has been with International Business Wales and the former International Division of the Welsh Development Agency for 9 years and has worked on and delivered many large scale inward investment projects for Wales.
IBW will examine the importance of project management in attracting major inward investment companies and projects to Wales.
IBW will take an actual major project and examine key parameters of the project, how we dealt with the project, proactive and effective project management relationship building, the good management practices/poor management practices and key determinants of winning the project for Wales.
This will be an interactive session and show the project from start to finish.
