This one day course provides an introduction to the PRINCE2 methodology. The benefits of introducing PRINCE2 will be highlighted and PRINCE2 Processes, Components and Techniques will be identified and explained.

Individuals who have a project management role and would like to adopt a more structured approach to project management. Individuals seeking a general understanding of PRINCE2 prior to attending the 5-day Practitioner course.
Objectives of course
Upon attendance the delegates will receive an overall understanding of the benefits and principles of structured project management and PRINCE2 in particular. It will provide the delegate with a basic understanding of how to improve their management of projects so that they are delivered on time and to budget, and will enable communication with colleagues who use PRINCE2. This course will provide a good basis to continue on to the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner levels.
