The PRINCE2 Practitioner course is a highly intensive five day course which is accredited by APMG and presented by PRINCE2 approved trainers. The first three days comprises of the Foundation Stage which explores the principles and theory of using PRINCE2 to manage projects. Days four and five develop further the practical use of PRINCE2 using case studies and workshops, culminating in the Practitioner examination on the afternoon of day five.
Examination
The Foundation examination will take place on the afternoon of day three. This will consist of seventy-five questions with multiple choice answers. The Practitioner examination will take place on Friday afternoon and is a two-and-a-half hour Objective Test of the breadth of PRINCE2 using various question styles and levels of difficulty.
Course Details
Included in the cost of the course are joining instructions, PRINCE2 manual, pre-course preparation materials, detailed course notes, examination fees and refreshments which includes a two course lunch. The pre-course reading is sent to delegates four weeks before the commencement of each course. It is strongly recommended that between 10 to 15 hours of pre-course reading is completed during the weeks before the course starts. During the course all delegates are expected to complete evening work.
