UGCS initially gained ISO9001 accreditation during 1995 and continues to effectively and smoothly manage the organisation to the more recent 2008 quality standard. NQA acts as our external assessor.

UGCS Ltd has comprehensive experience of the management, administration and delivery of training and consultancy and has more than demonstrated its competence and professional standards through these achievements and their retention over the past 15 years.

UGCS has well over a decade of experience of delivering training to externally recognised standards. We aim to excel in all our training deliveries and our solid staff resource, their appropriate knowledge and our quality management measures ensures that this aim remains readily achievable.

UGCS employs only professional or academic staff with appropriate experience and qualifications. In line with our quality procedures, all our trainers are selected to a minimum set of criteria, taking into careful account their professional qualifications, experience in the relevant field, career history and training and presentation skills. Regular reviews take place resulting from delegate feedback and these comments are used to inform trainers’ professional development on a continuous basis.

UGCS employs experienced project co-ordination staff qualified to degree level to manage its projects and ensure the smooth administration and facilitation of these throughout their lifespan. Continuity and quality of service is very important to us; each Project Co-ordinator is aware of their responsibility to ensure our services are delivered to both our and the clients quality standards; and also to time. All UGCS Projects Co-ordinators have detailed knowledge of dealing with all the possible administrative functions in respect of training delivery.

We have arranged and administered courses on an open and closed (in-company) basis, including tailored and specialist courses, both at venues across the UK and overseas, with Postgraduate direct delivery courses operating in the Far East, Bahrain and Germany.

In addition to our international operations, we regularly deliver training on a UK wide basis. This experience covers both accredited and non-accredited courses, at degree and postgraduate level as well as short courses covering areas subject to new legislation, for example new Building Regulations, which require strict document control.
